Though it’s already November, Stella McCartney launched raw, and emotional portraits to promote breast cancer awareness last October.

The British designer tapped Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist Lynsey Addario and filmmaker and activist Alice Aedy to capture 12 women of diverse ages and backgrounds who have gone through, or are going through, a breast cancer diagnosis.
